Kevin quickly arranged service for my condo heat pump for the following Monday. They also provided a clear, written report detailing the work completed. He was able to diagnose and fix our unit in a clean and timely manner, and even had to climb over our balcony railing to access the unit from outside (yikes!) - but Igor fixed everything without complaint and remained open and pleasant throughout the process - which is not necessary for the job but completely appreciated!! - Very grateful to have the a/c working again in this heatwave! They did a great job when I called them in to inspect my HVAC unit because there was water damage to my unit. They were very professional, quick to respond, showed up on time, great at communicating and upfront with pricing. The findings were detailed and had photos. They were very patient because there was some additional documents required by our condo board. I really appreciated his understanding and support. I will definitely use them again for future HVAC concerns.

Had heat pump replaced. Job was done less than two hours and room area was very clean after work. Technician answered all my questions. Prior to replacement work, account manager Kevin also answered all my questions about replacing a new heat pump. Had a few services with hts since 2021, been very happy with the experiences.

Recently, I had Home Trade Standards do their regular maintenance on my furnace. I observed their work and was given very respectful service and advice.
