How Much Does Home Trade Standards Charge For a Service Inspection Fee?
Our service inspection fee is $180 Plus HST for the first of our inspection & troubleshooting.

Do You Provide Repair Heating & Air Conditioning Repair Services In Condos?

Do You Do Duct Cleaning In Condos?
No unfortunately, we do not offer duct cleaning for condos.
If you have a fan coil system in your condo, there are a few things to check before hiring someone to clean your ducts and vents. First, you should check the fan coil filter to ensure your furnace is working properly. You can also replace your existing filter at this point to see if that makes a difference. Second, see if you noticed a change in scent or the density of the air in your home. If you feel sick most of the time, then you might want to get a service done to check the integrity of the insulation inside the cabinet. Third, if you notice any debris and dust coming out from the vents and registers always have a professional do proper HVAC inspection in your condo before hiring someone to do duct cleaning.

How Long Does a Fan Coil Replacement / Retrofit Take?
Fan Coil Retrofit takes 4 to 8 hours from start to finish. We can replace up to Three (3) fan coils within a day in one apartment.
If I make a purchase today, when can this be installed?
We offer installation as early as 24 to 48 hours from the time that you complete your purchase order on our website.
What Warranty Do You Provide With The Equipment I Purchased?
We typically offer 5 to 10 Year manufacture part warranty with all new purchases. We also add a 1-year Labour installation warranty as a courtesy to all of our installations to ensure your maximum satisfaction and security on all of our installation services.
To purchase an extended Labour warranty, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to register it on your products. We offer Protection Maintenance Plans for additional for new & existing heating & cooling systems.

Are All Technicians Licensed? If So, By Who?
All of our technicians are licensed through TSSA with a valid gas license for installations. They are also insured with business liability insurance and WSIB.
How Long Does a Water Source Heat Pump Installation Take?
Installation time frames may vary and are dependent on the complexity of the job. On a contingent basis, a standard condo heating and air conditioning installation can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, as appose to a condo heat pump that may take 2 to 4 hours. This includes travel time, delivery, removal , replacement & disposal.

It is almost impossible to carry all the major parts required for every repair in our trucks. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure the parts needed are ordered & shipped as quickly as possible. To make the repair process faster, you can let us know any details you can about your equipment or send us a picture of the existing unit type & model.
What Brands Do You Repair & Service?
We repair all makes and models and we back the repair with a 1 year labour coverage & 1-year parts coverage*.
*Warranty coverage applies only to the original problem. If a new problem appears it would not be covered.
