Documented Richmond Hill Work · July–August 2026
A Richmond Hill condominium maintenance program covering fan coils and dryer ventilation.
Fan coils and dryer exhaust. Fan-coil maintenance and ventilation cleaning have separate scopes.
Equipment varies between buildings. We confirm the model and connections at your property before specifying replacement parts or a retrofit.

Condo Dryer Vent & Exhaust Service
Illustrative service imageA heat pump that repeatedly stops in a Richmond Hill condo needs a fault history, not just another reset. Record the indicator or error message, the operating mode and whether the problem returns at a similar time. This information helps distinguish a control response from the condition causing it.

Local Service Planning
Where several suites show similar symptoms, management can help identify water-loop changes, pump issues or a shared interruption. Equipment faults and building conditions can exist together; replacing an in-suite part does not remove the need to investigate an unresolved external restriction.
Send the property address, suite or tower entrance and equipment model. Include concierge, loading and service-elevator requirements so we can confirm the service scope and appointment.

Before You Book
Service scope, repairs, maintenance and building coordination. Open a question for the details.
A recurring lockout needs diagnosis. Record the fault indication and contact HTS and, where appropriate, management. Repeated resets can hide the timing and conditions that help identify the cause.
Yes. A water-source heat pump relies on suitable water flow and temperature as well as its own refrigeration, airflow and controls. Record the fault indication and timing, and tell management if other suites are affected. A recurring lockout needs investigation; repeated resets or replacement of an unrelated component do not establish that the cause has been corrected.
Owners and residents use the in-suite service form with the address, suite, equipment model and symptoms. Property managers and boards use the dedicated building-service form for mechanical repairs, maintenance proposals and coordinated projects. Both routes reach HTS with the details needed for follow-up; a submitted form is a request, and the appointment is confirmed by the team.
Start with the diagnosed fault, condition, repair history and parts availability. Compare the complete repair scope with the installed retrofit or replacement scope, including cabinet fit, controls, piping, drainage and access. Shared building conditions also matter: replacing a unit does not correct an unresolved water-flow restriction or common drain problem.
The published HTS service inspection fee is $180 plus HST for initial inspection and troubleshooting. Confirm the included scope when booking; repairs, parts and additional work are quoted separately. Home Trade Standards provides a one-year parts and labour warranty on the work completed. Unrelated faults and work outside the agreed scope are not included; additional manufacturer coverage is separate.
Call 416-736-7001 to explain the fault and confirm current availability for your address and equipment. For an active water leak, notify property management promptly if other suites or common areas could be affected. The team confirms scheduling and access arrangements; submitting an online request does not reserve an emergency appointment.
Yes. Property management, the building’s engineer and HTS can coordinate equipment requirements, the approved design, access, shutdowns and installation sequencing. The proposal should identify responsibilities, testing and reporting, and any restoration work. For recurring maintenance, the equipment schedule and separately approved corrective work remain clearly defined.
