Building Fan Coil Retrofit in Mississauga

Project Specification
At this Mississauga condominium, HTS assessed the existing fan coil equipment and prepared a report for the board of directors. The retrofit scope was tailored to the building’s requirements, with volume pricing and priority service coordinated through building management.
We helped the building management assess the areas of deficiency and used the right engineering tools to determine the best condo HVAC system for the building future projects. Project was completed by February 2022 as scheduled.
In addition, to avoid future issues with the operation of the overall building HVAC. All systems are scheduled to undergo air balancing & annual maintenance to enhance energy efficiency & frequency of visits.

The project served a 12-storey condominium in Mississauga. Planning accounted for the existing equipment, suite access and building management requirements.
